Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Due to demand we and limited stock allocation pre-order cancelations are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Full or partial refunds may be considered, but not guaranteed.
